FELA and Railroad Accidents
The attorneys of Emroch & Kilduff represent railroad workers for on-the-job injuries under a law called the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, commonly referred to as the FELA. This law applies equally to railroads throughout the country and allows us to file a suit on behalf of our clients in federal or state court. We also represent clients who are not employees of railroads and who are hurt in railroad crossing and other railroad-related cases.
